Refunds & Exchanges:
In order to be eligible for an exchange or refund, please email idsorder@iu.edu. To return a product it must be postmarked within two weeks of receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, your exchange will be processed for replacement. If a refund is requested it will be applied to the same method of payment used for purchase. Please contact our team at idsdorder@iu.edu for additional questions.
Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using USPS. During periods of high-demand, some delays may occur.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at idsorder@iu.edu. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that was provided.
- Only shipping to the United States is available.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available for addresses with a Monroe County, Indiana zip code. Orders may be picked up at the IDS office located in Franklin Hall room 130 from Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (EST) while Indiana Univeristy classes are in session. Please allow five business days for processing of your order prior to pickup. Customers will receive an email message when your order is ready.
